To monitor and build on successes, bring new information to the legislature and community leaders, and continue to work on areas that need improvement, the ECOS Partnership prepares an annual report and online data scorecard each year. These resources provide insight into current and future needs in Chittenden County, and allow us to focus on long-term solutions rather than just treating short-term symptoms.
NEW: 2021 ECOS Annual Report: The State of Chittenden County
(July 15, 2022) The Chittenden County ECOS Partnership has released its 2021 Annual Report and online data scorecard. The report summarizes progress toward the goals set in the Chittenden County ECOS Plan, the combined Regional Plan, Metropolitan Transportation Plan and Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for Chittenden County. The ECOS Plan includes 17 broad goals and 8 key strategies for achieving those goals. ECOS stands for Environment, Community, Opportunity, Sustainability.
